Our Dayton area client is seeking a qualified candidates for a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity.
Business Analyst:
The person in this position reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and documents user needs for changes in business systems. The analyst will provide crucial input relating to the print industry. The individual ensures that the project is clearly scoped and that the requirements provide concise definitions for the desired outcome. The individual will facilitate strong communication in a team environment, working with all levels and groups.
Job responsibilities include:
• Collection and facilitation of clear, concise requirements
• Facilitation of cross functional requirements gathering sessions
• Provide strong collaboration between impacted team members
• Demonstrate flexibility and open-mindedness
• Leverage Rational Unified Process tools in changes to our business model and creation of Use Cases and requirements
• Provide leadership in integrating print related processes into our business model and offerings.
• Provide input to IT teams for analysis, design, construction, and testing
• Handle multiple, concurrent projects of moderate or complex scope
Additional Qualifications:
• Four year degree or 5 years of related experience
• 5 years experience in deploying print solutions from inception to delivery
• 5 years experience in collecting and defining business requirements
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of systems development cycles, systems testing and providing feedback to developers
• Ability to work with diverse skill sets and personality styles
• Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external organizations
• Ability to facilitate requirements definition across diverse knowledge bases
